По телефону обещали обработать бытовку от клопов за 1500руб. (плюс транспорт). Перевели деньги на карту Сбербанка Илья Сергеевич П. По приезду сотрудник сразу заявил что если мы хотим что бы он все сделал качественно, то нужно доплатить 2500руб.(как выяснилось это у них так со всеми). Спустя две недели клопы никуда не пропали, звоним им они говорят что гарантия платная, надо было читать договор. За то что они не выполнили свою задачу, нам снова нужно платить. Почитав отзывы что повторные приезды тоже не помогают, решили самостоятельно купить средство и сделать все КАЧЕСТВЕНО. – показать

Где были мои глаза перед звонком не знаю(((прочитал бы отзывы заранее был бы готов. Дело было так. Позвонил, по уничтожению плопов в диване да и во всей квартире в общем, так как они уже расползались. По телефону была озвучена сумма гораздо меньше чем потом я заплатил. А заплатил я 27500! Так как у меня первый этаж старого дома, начали рассказывать что надо вскрывать полы, что всё очень плохо и почти не возможно от них избавиться, но есть у них одна волшебная таблетка, барьер от клопов который не даст им лезть из подвала. Налил по углам воды, зажог шашку дымовую и был таков. На утро клопы как бегали так и бегают. При уходе мне сказал сказочник, что нужна повторная обработка, но она бесплатная звоните в гарантийный отдел. Когда позвонил и с меня потребовали денег за выезд, тут то до меня дошло что я попал в клоповью пирамиду. Что без последующей обработка гарантии не будет, а как я понимаю из отзывов что толку от неё нет никакого. И даже после третьего раза, нет избавления от насекомых. пытался звонить мастеру на утро, отключен. – показать
