Печально, но администратора работать так и не научили. Я вчера позвонила, уточнила, есть ли в клинике возможность сдать необходимые анализы, в том числе СОЭ, мне сказали, что возможно и даже озвучили цены. Когда я пришла сегодня, выяснилось, что СОЭ входит только в клинический анализ, в результате цена выросла примерно на 500 рублей. Я сообщила администратору, что звонила накануне. Последовал ответ, что, вероятно, на горячей линии не знают, как правильно. Я спросила администратора, знает ли она, что в таких ситуациях перед клиентом как минимум нужно извиниться. Она промолчала. Уважаемая администрация клиники, я предположу, что такое обслуживание не допустимо даже в бесплатной поликлинике. Про платный сервис вообще молчу.

Сдавал здесь анализы, осталось положительное впечатление. Пришел в удобное мне время, оформил что хотел сдать и сразу в процедурный кабинет. Получил на следующий день ответы по электронной почте. Клиника светлая и чистая, рекомендую
