Очень странные администраторы. Я записана на 13:20. В рабочий день накануне узнаю, что мне нужно освободиться в 13:40. Звоню, не берут трубку. Звоню на следующий день утром- не берут трубку. Никто не перезванивает. За два часа до приема дозваниваюсь, спрашиваю, часто ли врач задерживает прием. Мне говорят, что я успею. Прихожу заранее. Спрашиваю, точно ли я успею, мне говорят "все в порядке". В итоге в 13:30 сообщаю администратору, что меня так и не пригласили. Администратор развела руками, даже не предложила записаться на другое время. Я ушла.

Здравствуйте, Ольга! Сожалеем, что у вас осталось негативное впечатление от взаимодействия с нашей клиникой. В нашем колцентре работает функция автоматического перезвона по пропущенным звонкам. Не менее трёх попыток на каждый пропущенный звонок. Программное обеспечение зафиксировало несколько попыток перезвонить на ваши звонки, к сожалению, соединение не было установлено. Действительно, оператору не следовало делать оценку задержки, так как он не мог знать обстоятельств приёма предшествовавшего вашему и прогнозировать ход вашего приёма. У нас есть политика в отношении урегулирования спорных ситуаций, связанных с задержками приёмов. Коллеги свяжутся с вами. Будем рады видеть вас в числе наших пациентов и произвести лучшее впечатление!
