Взял себе в лизинг ( Samsung Forward) в 2018 году Galaxy Note 9 в Самсунг Каширская Плаза. Как только вышел Note 10, я решил его поменять. Знал и был готов, что при обмене будут смотреть и за царапины придётся доплатить, как и за ранний обмен. Более того мне нужно было ещё прикупить кое что. Созвонился, узнал наличие, забронировал и приехал 27 августа 2019г. на обмен. Телефон рассматривали около 30 минут, нашли несколько незначительных царапин и всё. Потом включили и начали проверку всех систем телефона. Тоже всё работает. Потом мененджер высокий светловолосый с рыжей бородкой начал тестировать режимы экрана и ему показалось, что есть в режиме синего цвета свехру выгоревшие пиксели. Причём я и двое других менеджеров этого магазина не увидели этого. Но встали на сторону своего коллеги, сказав, что "хоть мы и не видим, но наша солидарность между продавцами важнее, чем правда..." прям так в лицо и заявили!!! Этот менеджер с бородкой сказал, что такой телефон стоит сто рублей и нужно менять экран. Я сказал, что хорошо, пишите заключение, что экран сломан, на основании которого я мог бы сдать его в ремонт. На что мне сказали, что ничего писать не будут и им пофиг на этот нелепейший отказ и моё возмущение. Надо сказать, что с самого начала эта тройка менеджеров предлагала мне по гарантии заменить заднюю панель и экран, т.к. это входит в стоимость лизинга. В общем расстались мы на повышенных тонах, так ничего и не обменяв. Через пару дней я поехал в Самсунг Белая Дача и всё сделал без проблем, накупив ещё кучу всего в довесок. Ребята там вежливые, компетентные и доброжелательные. Теперь буду ездить туда.
