Вещи были чистыми, сухими и даже чуть проглаженными)) но все равно спасибочки за суть!!, а до этого был не соориентирован в работе не работащей машинки и затащил два жетона по чистой случайности. Сделал свой звонок в офис о ремонте неисправности и задержке моей уплаты за циклы!!! Число и месяц происшедшего: 5,01,2000.

Готовьтесь к тому, что стирка окажется не стиркой, а головной болью в виде испорченной вещи. Жаль не могу приложить фото разорванного чехла с черными полосами. До руководства не достучишься- раз принес, по их логике, сам виноват.

Добрый день! Спасибо , что воспользовались нашей прачечной. Вещь в нашей машинке может порваться только в одном случае - перегруз по объему. Она (чехол) не помещается в барабан полностью , который его крутит и он рвется об отбойник .Черные полосы свидетельствуют о том , что в барабане он крутился в одном положении , прижатом к резинке , все время. Соблюдайте правила загрузки машины , а это 2/3 объёма бака. Для крупных вещей в наших прачечных по другим адресам установлены машины с загрузкой 18 и 22 кг. На сайте есть фильтр по загрузкам машин, вы всегда сможете им воспользоваться.

Машинки не выстируют! иногда даже порошок не вымывается. загружать не более 3х кг. пробовали все машинки

Отсутствует режим ЭКОНОМНЫЙ, который стирал всего за 15 мин и цена вопроса 100р. Минимальный режим стирки - 30 мин за 200р.

Добрый день! Отсутствие экономного режима не говорит об отрицательном рейтинге Прачки . Все вопросы по цене стирки находится на нашем сайте ..Спасибо
