Факт не соответствует фото. Промзона. Меняют колеса прямо на улице на плитах. НО, обслуживание понравилось. Все качественно.

Здравствуйте Мы не вешали реальные фото, потому что то было временное помещение. Сейчас мы переехали практически ко входу в промзону, ул. Верейская, 41С84. Скоро закончим ремонт помещения для офиса и шиномонтажа. Качество обслуживания осталось на высоте. Приезжайте, вам понравится.

Отношение сотрудников к клиенту - выше всяких похвал. Приехал посмотреть диски. В наличии не оказалось. Сразу предложили посмотреть из того что есть. Были одни поцарапаные с хорошей скидкой. Надели свою подходящую резину, прикинули на машину, но мне по виду не подошли. Дальше очень внимательно и скурпулёзно помогли выбрать именно то, что мне нужно, плюс крепёж. Заказали. Когда приехал забирать - сами предложили прикинуть на всякий случай. Всё подошло. На мои диски распространялся бесплатный шиномонтаж. Большое спасибо Константину и всем сотрудникам "Самоходофф". Внимательные и порядочные люди.

Заказ: шины 4 шт. Диски 4 шт. Сделали 100% предоплату. Заказ нам был отправлен транспортной компанией «Энергия». Приехали, выгрузили, запечатанные коробки. Через 5 минут после получения, При вскрытии оказалось, что один диск сильно поврежден - скол глубокий и коробка пробита в этом же месте. Позвонили в компанию Самоходов и услышали от них рекомендацию разбираться самостоятельно с транспортной компанией, самостоятельно писать претензии. Помогать нам в этом вопросе компания отказалась. Деньги они с нас получили, все дальнейшие вопросы это уже наши трудности. Хотя есть свидетели, есть фотографиии и характер поврежления очевиден. Хотим чтобы все узнали, что если у вас возникнут проблемы с полученным товаром, то в этот момент сервис компании Самоходов для вас закончился. Крайне не рекомендуем данную компанию.
