Сегодня был записан мой сын на прием к флебологу Шашкину запись на 17:00, стоимость визита 500 рублей по акции месяца, так его услуги 2000 рублей, позвонила администратор, попросила пораньше, если можно, так как доктор был своден от приема, я былы на работе и сказала ,если сможет приехать по раньше, то приедет, но в связи с пробками на дорогах задержался на 12 минут, он был с бабушкой и их не приняли, так как врач уже ушёл, потом искали ещё какие-то причины, что бы не принять, потом выяснилось, что он ждёт 10 минут, потом не принимает, можно было войти в положение людей и пойти на встречу, такого хамского отношения я не встречала даже в бесплатной поликлинике, хамское отношение администратора прямо с порога клиники,прошу разобраться с ситуацией

Большая благодарность врачу Ахметжановой Надие Абдулкаюмовне - это очень внимательная и профессиональная врач-узи. Нравится ее серьёзное отношение к пациенту и тщательно проведенное обследование. У моего мужа был непростой случай с его здоровьем сердца и со щитовидной железой. Надия все внимательно измерила на узи и объяснила нам, а в первый прием - она вообще быстро и правильно среагировала и вызвала мужу скорую помощь. Теперь на ЭХО и узи мы ходим сюда постоянно. Администраторы в клинике также всегда вежливые и внимательные.
