Клиентский сервис на уровне «дно пробито». Кудрявый менеджер, ковыряясь языком в зубах, отказывается проводить тест-драйв, ссылаясь на то, что тест-драйв только по записи. В данный момент он якобы занят. Пошёл, наверное, бутерброд доедать) Автосалон продаётся на Авито - наверное, продажи не идут. Интересно, почему же они не идут?)

Заехал пройти тест драйв на QX80. Кудрявый менеджер сказал что тест драйв только по записи и только если я рассматриваю автомобиль к покупке!))) Это верх клиентоориентированности!)))) Естественно все это было сказано с недовольным лицом. Развернулся уехал. Логично что так мало фиников на дорогах, если продажами занимаются такие "специалисты".
