Ремонтировал автомобиль по страховке с франшизой. По факту: 1. При приемке автомобиля в ремонт не был выдан «акт приемки» 2. Потребовали оплатить франшизу до начала ремонта 3. Требовали подписать акт выполненных работ до начала ремонта 4. Сроков окончания ремонта менеджер назвать не мог 5. Делали машину почти месяц 6. На все вопросы менеджер отвечал: либо не знаю, либо не могу сказать 7. При приемке из ремонта, машина не завелась, пришлось приезжать на следующий день 8. Машина отдавалась хозяину в грязном виде (это после проведения лакокрасочных работ) 9. Резиновый уплотнитель капота, поставили старый и рваный 10. Клиентский отдел в процессе оказания услуг на замечания не реагировал

Здравствуйте. Были с мужем вчера в Вашем центре. Хотели приобрести машину на Новый год. Не увидели НИКАКОЙ заинтересованности Ваших специалистов в продаже товара. Менеджеру до "Лампочки", сказал три предложения о машине, на вопросы отвечал не охотно. Специалист по кредитам ничего не рассказала, какие сейчас льготы, скидки, о возможностях купить автомобиль за наличку, в кредит.

Покупали с женой машинку с пробегом,Рафик,огромное спасибо менеджеру Роману Скворцову,всё чётко без хитрых вариантов.По машине и автосалону только спасибо 5 баллов,расстроил кредитный отдел .Нам нехватало на покупку небольшой суммы,13.9%ставка плюс каско ,а когда подали заявку 16.4%,короче нашёл другой вариант.Народ не верьте рекламе маленьких ставок обман.
