Здравствуйте. Обслуживаюсь в данном сервисе, обратился 16 03 2020 по причине стука в передней (левой) стойки лада веста гн578. пробег57000 гарантия закончилась! Посоветовали заехать на стенд! Результат эффективности 75% хотя одна стойка была в масле, стук так и остался. Вчера поменял 2стойки у товарища в сервисе, сразу стало всё ок! Одна стойка вообще не работает! Наверно нет смысла заезжать на этот стенд.

Добрый день, Сергей! По Вашему отзыву проведена проверка, в результате которой обращений в дилерский центр "Самара-Лада" от 16 марта 2020г. не найдено. Дата последнего обслуживания в сервисе - 16 февраля 2020г. По итогам данного обслуживания на Вашем автомобиле была произведена замена передних стоек стабилизатора. Правая стойка заменена по гарантии , левая стойка - за Ваш счет. Претензий к качеству выполненных на автомобиле работ у Вас не было, о чем свидетельствует Ваша подпись в заказ-наряде. Повторных обращений по поводу устранения неисправностей стоек стабилизатора не зафиксировано. С уважением к Вам, Отдел клиентского сервиса АО "Самара-Лада"

На днях приобрела автомобиль в данном автосалоне. Моим менеджером был Владимир, очень вежливый и грамотный сотрудник. Все доходчиво объяснил и показал. Рекомендую данный автосалон в отличии от автосалона на Заводском шоссе, персонал на Заводском некомпетентный совершенно.
