Три небольших не существенных минуса: - при заселении на ресепшне нужно заполнять листок со всеми паспортными данными, давно такого не встречал, это "совок"; - работники на ресепшн не приветливые дамы, они просто работают как обыском офисе. А в современных гостиницах новых работников по другому учат общаться с клиентами; - нет кулера с водой на этаже. В остальном все очень опрятно, аккуратно, без претензий. Жил 03.10.2019

Приносим Вам извинения за те неприятные моменты, о которых Вы сообщаете в своем обращении и сообщаем Вам, что паспортные данные берутся на основании "Приказа МВД России от 31.12.2017 N 984 утвержден рекомендуемый образец Анкеты для регистрации по месту пребывания в гостиницы, санатория, дома отдыха, пансионата, кемпинга, туристской базы или другого подобного учреждения. С работниками рецепции мы обязательно разберемся и сделаем все возможное, что бы такого больше не повторялось. Остальные Ваши пожелания мы учтем. С уважением, генеральный директор Мироненко С.В.

Май месяц. По информации на стойки информации горячая вода из-за ремонта на ТЭЦ подаётся в определенные часы. Но даже в эти часы нужно было некоторое время сливать холодную до появления горячей. Зачастую горячая так и не появлялась. Если съезжать раньше срока, то деньги не возвращают, хотя чеки о проживании выдают перед съездом. В кафе гостиницы где можно на 300 рублей вкусно и сытно поесть вечером сидят какие-то личности пьяной наружности. Хорошее расположение, перед сном можно прогуляться по парку или по площади. Рядом есть хостел, где за 1000 р. предлагают одноместный номер. В гостинице 1600. Следующий раз попробую хостел.
