Как то раз покупала у низ телефон. Стоил он так же, как и в их интернет магазине в Москве, то есть дешёво. Плюс на него ещё и скидка была. И доставили бесплатно (кажется в тот момент какая-то тоже акция шла). Получила в итоге телефон по супер цене. Хотя обслуживание на троечку, конечно. В итого на 4 наработали. Хотя с гарантийкой их встретиться не хотелось бы.

Купили в салоне "Связной" сим-карту МТС, попросили подключить безлимитный интернет. Сотрудники сообщили, что все сделали, можно пользоваться. Через пол года оказалось, что сим-карта оформлена на другого человека, чьи паспортные данные, очевидно, были украдены сотрудниками салона. Интернет-безлимит оказался не подключен, счет за интернет в месяц в районе 5 тысяч рублей (в течение всего периода использования, а именно до декабря). На обращение предложили мне переоформить сим-карту в течение 2 рабочих дней. Через 2 недели оказалось, что у меня слишком неразборчивый почерк (хотя сотрудник салона принял мою анкету и сказал, что все хорошо). При второй попытке в салоне мне нагрубили и сказали, что это незаконно. Только после обращения в службу поддержки и потери 40 минут времени сим-карту переоформили. На мой запрос по поводу интернета мне дали номер службы поддержки МТС (спасибо капитану очевидность) и предложили мне заказать перерасчет. Однако предоставить письмо о том, что сим-карта была оформлена на другого человека по вине салона, отказались. Профессионализм впечатляет... Мало того, что нелегитимно использовали чужие паспортные данные, так еще и ответственность нести за своих сотрудников компания отказывается.

Укажите, пожалуйста, полный адрес салона "Связной", где Вы оформляли контракт на сим-карту, дату оформления (если помните), на чьи ФИО была оформлена сим-карта и её номер. Мы разберёмся и попробуем Вам помочь!
