Замечательный салон для подбора и покупки очков любого вида и на разнообразный вкус. Среди всего разнообразия можно подобрать себе оправу из различного материала, размер и цвет линз, подобранных специалистами на соответствующем оборудовании. Родители обращались сюда не раз и всегда оставались очень довольны и качеством, и ценами!

Пришла в оптику в Городе Климовск, проверили зрение, выбрала оправу, заказала очки. В ИТОГЕ :пришла получить свой заказ через 5 дней, мне не позвонили не сказали что очки готовы, хотя заверили сто обязательно позвонят когда будет готов заказ, пришлось звонить на горячую линию самой и узнавать статус заказа!!! Когда пришла забрать очки, померла, оказались совсем не такие когда проверяли зрение, линзы совсем другие. В НИХ НЕ БЫЛО ВИДНО НИЧЕГО, ПЛЮС ВСЁ ИСКАЖАЛОСЬ.!!!Приходилось жмурится что бы увидеть вдали. В ИТОГЕ ПОЛ ЧАСА МЕНЯ УВЕРЯЛИ ЧТО ЭТО НОРМАЛЬНО И ЧТО Я НЕ ПРАВА ЧТО Я САМА ВЫБРАЛА ТАКИЕ Линзы. Ужасно, ещё и хамили и окулиста и девушка на ресепшене. ПОТОМ в конечном итоге выясняли что мне не правильно подобрали линзы. Ну это конечно очень неприятно. Когда я говорила окулисту что мне не комфортно в очках и что я в них не вижу, так мне сказали цитирую : "я всех таких пациентов как вы ставлю на место...." итд... В том же духе, разговор на повышенных тонах... В итоге возврат!!! Что за отношения не понятно, сами накосячили с проверкой зрения и ещё пытались мне внушить что я такая вот вредная что мне очки не подошли.

Зашел купить очки. Был приятно удивлен сервисом обслуживания. Доброжелательные и не навязчивые!!! консультанты. При этом грамотно и обоснованно объяснили что за покрытия, зачем нужны... Доктор не просто "посмотрите на буквы", а обстоятельно всё разузнала, для вождения или за компом целый день..., оборудование новое. Очки сделали быстро, качеством очень доволен. Ни головокружения, ни искажений по краям. Доволен. Рекомендую.
