Очень плохо! Достоинства: грамотные и вежливые специалисты. Недостатки: недобросовестность руководства,отсутствие клиентоориентированного подхода, некачественная продукция. Заказывал очки в оптике на Танкистов/Навашина (г. Саратов). В оптике грамотные и вежливые специалисты помогли с выбором оправы и линз. Изготовление тоже порадовало короткими сроками. Очки приобретались для постоянного ношения. Но не прошло и месяца как на оправе в районе петли душки образовалась трещинка (Оправа Nicitana2953 C382 пластиковая ). Сразу обратился в оптику, оправа буквально развалилась в руках специалиста. Со стороны оптики были предложены варианты замены. К сожалению подобной оправы в наличии не было, а другие мне не подошли. Написал заявление о возврате денег. В ответ через 2 недели получил бумагу, подписанную директором ООО «Оптика № 1» об отказе в возврате денег (сумма 2600,00 руб). Стоит отметить, что эксплуатация товара производилась мной самым надлежащим образом, а именно ежедневное ношение и ночное хранение в футляре. Не Рекомендую салоны Оптики №1 в г. Саратове из за недобросовестности руководства и ввиду отсутствия клиентоориентированного подхода (опять же со стороны руководства)!, а также из за немалой доли вероятности получения брака в продукции, изготовленной кривыми руками китайских недомастеров.
