Проходила диагностику зрения и заказывала свои очки в салоне оптики Очкарик пару месяцев назад. Отзыв пишу, потому что уже испробовала их в эксплуатации и есть, что сказать. Начну с процесса оформления заказа – сотрудники салона свою работу выполнили хорошо, заказ оформили быстро и помогли мне правильно подобрать оправу, терпеливо отвечали на все мои вопросы. Диагностика мне понравилась больше всего – врач показалась настоящим профессионалом, хорошее оборудование. От момента оформления заказа до получения очков прошло несколько дней – столько и было указано изначально. Теперь сами очки – подходят мне идеально, вижу в них хорошо, сели как влитые, с размером все четко. Салону благодарна. – показать

Ребята, если хотите путешествие в советский союз — с никаким качеством и супер ценами, то тогда вперед. Само слово очкарик -это и есть их отношение к клиенту. У меня бы и голову не пришло назвать так свою компанию. Ну а по существу: продали очки с никакой оправой. Толщина крепления к оправе подвижной части с волосок. Я был в шоке: как я с ними отходил 5 мес. Я позвонил. Поднимает трубку курица, по другому ее назвать не могу, чего вы хотите- я что ее делала. Весь смысл разговора- приходите, мы в ам другие продадим. Подъехали в магазин показали гарант. талон на 3 года. Да говорят, поменяем, может быть…когда нибудь… Есть такая в Москве. Будет через 2 мес. С Америки товар идет 3—4 дня. — У этих барыг, по другому их назвать не могу, 2 мес. Так лучше я Европе закажу. 2—3 дня и общаться приятно, и качество, и время. а вы прежде чем открывать магазины, и вбухивать деньги, поучились культуре вначале. Желаю удачи.
