Мастерская «Обувной ремесленник» Абсолютно ужасный сервис. Был заказ на перешив пятки. Именно поэтому к ним обратилась. И заодно отдала две пары сделать набойки. В итоге сделали только набойки, при том что раз 8 созванивались и обсуждали ремонт и на вотсап прислали стоимость работ, внимательно изучив фото. В итоге даже не предупредив, просто прислали курьера с недоделом. А чтобы не возвращать деньги, почистили мои замшевые сапоги (хотя в заказе этого не было) и испортили см.фото. В ответ на мои вопросы, как это всё понимать, менеджер хамил и перебивал меня, говоря, что не хочет слушать, т.к.заранее знает, что я скажу. В итоге он «раскололся», что они испугались шить старую замшу и решили вообще не делать. Это при том, что сапоги новые (одевала один раз) и были, видимо, с браком. В случае мастерской «Обувной ремесленник», написать красиво на сайте, это вообще не означает также и сделать. Полный негатив. – показать

на фото видны соленые разводы от реагентов… у меня тоже появляются на замше они даже на новой обуви, а если их потереть то становятся места ещё более заметны и белеют. надо делать химчистку, а не обвинять ребят!
