Добрый день! Заказ 3К--МВ4921 от 23 октября 2015 г. Так уж сложилось, что сегодня вечером придется забрать деньги за оплаченный, но так и не полученный товар на одной из ваших точек продаж (ТЦ «Миллион мелочей»). Пару слов о том, как так вышло. На прошлой неделе в пятницу (27.10.15) я заказала одну упаковку ламината, которую обещали привезти в понедельник (вчера). С нами никто не связывался и не предупреждал о том, что по каким-то причинам сроки доставки сдвинули. В результате, когда мы приехали за заказом (в понедельник), нам сообщили, что его нет, и в лучшем случае он будет только в среду. Ситуация неприятная, но не смертельная, поэтому мы перенесли заключительные ремонтные работы на несколько дней. Однако уже сегодня (во вторник) с нами связались и сказали, что ламинат забронирован за другим клиентом и сможет оказаться нашим только в том случае, если от него откажутся, а это придется ждать неопреленное количество времени, возможно месяц или пол года. Мы до этого неоднократно совершали покупки в вашем магазине, но теперь будем делать их в другом месте, так как затягивать ремонт на неопределенный срок из-за 1 коробки ламината стоимостью чуть более двух тысяч руб. весьма нерационально. Дальнейшие комментарии оставлю при себе.
