Добрый день, хочу поделиться своими негативными впечатлениями от посещения Точки красоты «Москворечье». Была записана в воскресенье 8 июля на стрижку. Нужно было подстричь кончики волос. У меня длинные волосы и я знаю, что по прайсу сети Точки красоты эта услуга стоит 780 руб, потому что в соседнем салоне ТК «Нора» мне уже делали ту же самую процедуру. В итоге, находясь в кресле у мастера, мне объявляют стоимость услуги -1800 руб. (!)на вопрос откуда взялся такой удивительный прайс, мне увере нно администратор и мастер ответили, » у вас же длинные волосы. Странно, как вам могли за 780 руб это делать. Ну хорошо, мы вам сделаем скидку, но все равно из-за того, что их надо дополнительно сушить- это будет стоить 1600 руб».Вы серьезно? как: помыть, отстричь и феном высушить в одной Точке за 780 руб, а в в вашей 1600 руб еще и с одолжением?Был отказ от процедуры, потраченный 1 час времени, плохое настроение и не выполненная услуга. Спасибо коллегам из Точки Красоты Нагатинская,- спасли меня и сделали все как следует. – показать

Добрый день, Мария. Приносим свои извинения за это досадное недоразумение! Сожалею, что наш сервис не оправдал ваши ожидания. Мы обязательно разберемся в причинах заявленного ценообразования. С администраторами проведено внеплановое собрание по оптимизации работы салона, впредь этого не повторится.

Сначала почитала отзывы, а потом записалась на стрижку к мастеру Аслану. Осталась очень довольна. Настоящий мастер, редко таких встретишь. Спасибо! Теперь только ему доверю свою стрижку.
