Великолепный зал, занимаюсь здесь уже третий год. Нравятся размеры тренажёрного зала, кардиозоны, зоны кроссфита и других - они огромные, просторные. Чисто, ухожено. Все тренажёры в отличном состоянии. Тренажёров много, практически никогда не бывает очередей. Высокие потолки и отличная вентиляция, заниматься очень комфортно. Бассейн 25 м с морской водой. Тёплая джакузи, детский бассейн. Финские сауны в раздевалках. При каждом посещении выдаётся большое чистое банное полотенце, поэтому нет необходимости его таскать с собой. Стабильный состав членов клуба и тренеров, комфортно, когда практически всех знаешь. Я уже второй год занимаюсь с Алексеем Федоровым, он не только тренер, но и практикующий врач, пластический хирург. Это очень важно, так как он прекрасно разбирается в теле и биомеханике, будучи спортсменом и врачом. Может разработать программу с учётом особенностей здоровья. У меня впервые в жизни пошел прогресс от занятий. Кстати, тренеры на аренде, а не на окладе. На мой взгляд, так выше мотивация у тренеров, потому что они чётко понимают, что зарплату платит клиент, а не менеджер зала. Соответственно, тренеры заинтересованы в долгосрочных отношениях и вашем прогрессе. Вежливый и незаметный персонал. И за все это очень разумная цена, почти в два раза дешевле, чем в премиальных залах в спальных районах. Из минусов. Расположение. Далеко от метро. Но для личного транспорта предусмотрена бесплатный крытый паркинг. Не хватает кулеров с водой, но это мелочи. Довольно дорогой бар, но бармены спокойно разогревают принесенную с собой еду.
