Делала педикюр у Евгении. Задела аппаратом мне 2 ногтя. В итоге один из них воспалился еще больше и теперь мне очень больно ходить!!! Никогда такого не было. Больше ни ногой в эту студию.

Добрый день,Екатерина. Мы благодарны Вам за высказанное мнение,но при этом мы бесконечно удивлены. Мастер Евгения — очень опытный специалист с большим стажем и великолепными отзывами. К ней бывает сложно попасть по записи. Она крайне требовательна к своей работе и внимательна к клиентам. Судя по Вашему отзыву Вы пришли на процедуру с воспалением на ногах, а после процедуры оно усилилось. Вы должны были предупредить мастера о проблемах с ногами. Все наши мастера пользуются обработанными в соответствии с требованиями инструментами и одноразовыми пилочками, поэтому мы не могли спровоцировать воспаление. Сожалеем, что наша процедура не доставила Вам удовольствия. Можете связаться с администратором, прислать фотографию проблемы и наши специалисты Вам помогут. Спасибо – показать
