В Москве большая проблема найти достойный салон! Перед днем рождения решила рискнуть и посетить салон красоты "Персона" в ТРЦ "Каширская Плаза". Основываясь на отзывы, записалась к мастеру Ивану на мелирование. Работа хорошая, но есть огромное " НО! ", из-за которого в данный салон не вернусь и не посоветую. 1) после первого мытья волос смылся цвет, с которым я выходила из салона, как я понимаю цвет тонировки 2) менее минуты было уделено по времени для укрепления и защите волос после окрашивания с использованием бальзама для волос 3) при хорошей работе, но НЕ СУПЕР (НИКТО из окружающих не делает восторженных комплиментов и не говорит, что шикарное окрашивание) мне ВЫСТАВИЛИ СЧЕТ 11 700 руб. Длина волос средняя, до плеч. Для сравнения в ДОРОГОМ салоне у моего мастера в Италии данная процедура с массажем, лечением волос, использованием краски Kerastase, со стрижкой волос - это 100 евро, т. е. 8 000 руб. 4) оплата была наличными частично и картой. Не знаю какая у них форма налогообложения, но чек за оплату наличными мне не дали.

Добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что у вас остались такие впечатления о посещении нашего салона. Конечно же, очень важен домашний уход и то какой линейкой вы ухаживаете дома за своими волосами. Шампуни не профессиональной линейки могут оказать негативное влияние на окрашенные волосы и поэтому мы всегда рекомендуем использовать линейку для окрашенных волос. Есть процедура выдержки продуктов в мойке, данную процедуру соблюдают наши мастера. Мы будем рады рассмотреть ваше обращение к нам в салон и решить данный вопрос.
