Делала сегодня педикюр, была впервые. В целом педикюр сделали нормально. Из минусов - Девушка, которая делала мне данную услугу периодически высказывала свои возмущения, почему она не может найти насадки для педикюра, возмущалась вслух по поводу того, как подключить аппарат в розетку, что не может найти удлинитель, потом она решила всё это. На мой взгляд не тактично при клиенте озвучивать такие мысли вслух. И вообще нужно готовиться заранее к приходу клиента, я записывалась на несколько часов до начала процедуры. 😕Возникло ощущение будто в той комнате для педикюра она работала впервые. Затем когда педикюр завершился, я подошла к администратору, чтобы расплатиться. Увидела большую сумму. Я поинтересовалась, почему такая большая сумма и сказала что я у них впервые, показала их же рекламу на Яндекс Картах, в которой у них написано про скидку 30% новым клиентам. После чего девушка админ удивлённо на меня посмотрела и сказала что она ничего не знает про эту скидку, потом попросила ей отправить скриншот где открыта карта и указана эта информация. После чего мне сделали эту скидку. Ощущение от салона смутные, учитывая всё это. Из плюсов, что интерьер красивый. Больше не приду сюда.

Ходила на лечение волос, получила релакс, массаж не большой и различные маски. Кончики сеченых волос убрали. После процедуры волосы стали мягкими, на ощупь приятно, появился блеск.
