Добрый вечер!))))))))}}}}}Хочу выразить благодарность салону красоты Локонов,мой папа подарил мне чудо-подарок -сертификат в этот замечательный салон, мне сделали омбре так как я хотела. Мастер с трепетом и аккуратностью подошла к моим волосам! Угостили меня вкусным тортиком, салон работает на позитиве))) ждите снова!) надеюсь у Вас есть скидки для постоянных клиентов)))

НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ ОТВЕТАМ АДМИНИСТРАЦИИ!!!Придумали «хитрый» (с их точки зрения) ход — на все негативные отзывы отвечают, что это не отзыв реального клиента, а запись уволившегося сотрудника или происки конкурентов.Я оставила отзыв о том, как меня неудачно покрасили вместо русого цвета в апельсиновый. Читаю ответ, и оказывается — что я не реально пострадавший клиент, а уволившийся сотрудник салона!!!! Это — ложь и клевета! Стала смотреть комментарии к другим негативным отзывам. Та же система - цитирую — «конкуренты не дремлют», «если вы реальный клиент......» А еще мне написали, что не надо оставлять негативные отзывы. Хотят, чтобы о них писали только хорошее....... Так для этого работать лучше надо!Вывод — администрация салона не умеет правильно реагировать на негативные отзывы. – показать
