постригши сначала криво, а потом обкромсали так, что ужас, на просьбы вернуть деньги не обращают внимания, мой скандал и слезы были проигнорированы. Денег взяли больше, чем обговаривалось, не ходите сюда никогда

Добрый вечер! Мы еще раз просмотрели записи с камер видеонаблюдения, как проходило общение мастера с данным клиентом. Дарье выполнили стрижку той длины, которую она указала, чуть ниже подбородка. Стрижка Каре выполнена качественно. И когда мастер по итогу работы спросила, все ли устраивает, Дарья ответила, что все хорошо. Но по истечению полу часа после выхода из салона, стали звонить и требовать вернуть деньги. Администратор пригласила в салон Дарью, что бы мы могли посмотреть на качество выпол ненной стрижки и если действительно стрижка выполнена плохо, собирались вернуть деньги. Дарья приходить отказывалась, говорила, что за деньгами зайдет молодой человек. Когда пришла Дарья, она сказала, что претензий к качеству стрижки нет, но длина ее не устраивает и она требует вернуть деньги, далее подключился ее молодой человек и начал нам говорить о том что у Дарьи будет заниженная самооценка. Сложилось впечатление, что молодые люди на вид не больше 17 лет пришли, что бы просто поднять свою самооценку друг перед другом, не смотря на то что стрижка была выполнена очень хорошо. – показать

Мастер Андрей блонд красить не умеет!!!Сжёг волосы, пришлось обстричь!И это за 7000 рублей. Деньги не вернули.Не рекомендую
