Некомпетентный администратор, хаос с записью Достоинства: Расположение, хороший интерьер Недостатки: не компетентный ресепшен с администраторами которые не договорив с клиентом кидаются на новых, хаос с записью 28.01.2019 записался на мужскую стрижку, время подтвердили (записывался в 18:05, сказал буду через 30-40 минут), приехал в 18:45, мне сказал администратор Рябцева Екатерина (помоему), что произошла накладка, придется подождать 10-15 минут, на вопрос - "в чем смысл записи?" улыбнулась и пошла заниматься своими делами, через 25 минут я спросил "Когда же мастер освободиться?" - она сказала что сейчас узнает, спустя 5 минут сообщила что еще нужно подождать 10-15 минут, при этом не закончив диалог со мной побежала встречать нового клиента, на мое замечание что неплохо бы договорить со мной - нехотя продолжила... Не понятно зачем такой администратор, зачем вообще тогда запись если я просидел 30 минут просто так, уйдя так и не получив услугу... Если прочтет руководство - прошу принять административные меры к администратору... (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); PS был постоянным клиентом начиная еще с ТОЧКИ КРАСОТЫ, продолжил ходить, но последнее время у них накладки постоянно, в ноябре 2018 пришлось ждать 45 минут, хотя так же был записан...
