Ужасно сделали «омбре»!!!! 2015 г. Лето. Я если честно придя домой, попросив мужа сфоткать моё » омбре» сздади, пришла в ужас!

Уважаемые клиент! Приносим свои извинения за данное окрашивание. Вам нужно было обратиться с претензией в наш салон в ближайшее время для установления причины данной работы, мы готовы в таких случаях, когда работа выполнена некомпетентно и требует исправления, компенсировать моральный вред и исправить ошибку мастера. Также при обращении в ближайшее время мы выясняем причину непосредственно с мастером, который выполнял данное окрашивание и далее действуем с положением правил салона. В данный моме нт прошло уже более 1,5 лет, и, к сожалению, установить обстоятельства и вину конкретного мастера является мало возможным. – показать
