Салон хороший ! Я являюсь постоянным клиентом этого салона. Мне никогда ни чего не навязывали. Хожу постоянно только к одному мастеру. Она всегда знает что и как я хочу, хотя я достаточно капризная и со мной не легко ) Встречают всегда очень доброжелательно.

Испортили прическу, общий вид, нет клиентоориентированности, невоспитанные парикмахеры, мастерами называть язык не поворачивается, мне точно не повезло. У меня остался ужасный осадок, хотя раньше ходила в этот салон (в Переделкино) периодически в течение нескольких лет к мастеру, которая уже не работает. Я после салона плакала, когда пришла с просьбой поправить, насколько это возможно, она же сделала еще хуже, плюс ухмылялась, мол, если мне не нравится, это мои проблемы. После безуспешных попыт ок дома хоть как-то уложить эти огрызки, я снова пришла в салон с просьбой хоть как-то исправить ситуацию или научить меня это укладывать, мне отказали, сказали, что за другого мастера ничего переделывать не будут, той пышной дамы не было, да я бы и не пошла к ней больше. Работают бестактные и невоспитанные дамы, не все умеют стричь. Я до сих пор в ужасе, что мне настригли. Негодование. – показать
