Никогда не оставляла отзывы ранее, но тут не выдержала. Была в салоне первый раз – чтобы помыть голову и высушить феном – вынужденная мера, так как отключили воду дома. Казалось бы, что может случиться, это же проще простого. В итоге: мастер мыла голову горячей водой (хотя известный факт, что голову мыть кипятком нельзя, наоборот надо чуть теплой), сказав, что это лучше промывает голову (хотя горячая вода наоборот активизирует работу сальных желез) и вообще полезно, хотя я ответила, что у меня о т этого наоборот волосы лезут (как и почти у всех людей). Потом скребла мне голову ногтями – так делать тоже категорически нельзя, чтобы не поранить голову и не занести инфекцию, голова болит до сих пор. Начала давать много разных советов по волосам и средствам, хотя я не просила и, честно говоря, разбираюсь в этом лучше. Даже не буду писать про все чудо-советы. Перед тем как сушить волосы, терла мне их полотенцем – что тоже делать нельзя, никаких термозащит не наносила. Высушила феном волосы так, что они стали прилизанные, голова промыта плохо. Итог – как пришла с грязной головой, так и ушла, сама голова зудит до сих пор от ногтей. Вишенка на торте – оплату картой сегодня не принимают, только наличные или перевод на карту (о чем даже не предупредили заранее, хотя я записалась за час до процедуры – у меня крайне редко бывают наличные и на Сбербанке деньги оказались по счастливой случайности, так как я пользуюсь другим банком). Больше ни ногой. – показать

Была 29 июля, имени не знаю, можете проверить по записи – записана была на 11:30 (пришла к 11, все было свободно). Кресло – самое крайнее слева у стены, рядом со стойкий администратора.
