На ресепшене работают очень приятные и дружелюбные девушки. Администрация идёт на решение конфликтов с клиентами, что не может не радовать. Но разочарований было немало. 1. Маникюр. При звонке я предупреждала, что хочу аэрографию. Меня уверили, что такая услуга оказывается. Я уточнила также, можно ли сделать покрытие обычным лаком - да, можно. При визите оказалось, что аэрограф у мастера сломался, а обычных лаков только шесть (!) цветов, среди которых ни одного нюдового. Мастер пользовался махровыми полотенцами, причем для рук и для ног используются полотенца одного вида. 2. Эпиляция. Мне делала, очевидно, врач-косметолог, и вела себя она "врачебно" (по ее мнению). Задавала вопросы про операцию на животе, предлагала зашлифовать шрам лазером. Я отказалась, и она замучила меня вопросами - зачем я сделала пластическую операцию, если шрам выглядит неэстетично 🤦 максимально некомфортная ситуация при эпиляции интимной зоны. Но работает очень быстро и вполне качественно. 3. Парикмахерские услуги и визаж. Дважды я приходила сюда к разным мастерам на полный образ я и оба раза осталась недовольна. Второй раз я выразила недовольство, и администратор перезвонила мне, предложила в другой день сделать прическу у другого мастера бесплатно - это было очень приятно, большое за это спасибо. Третий мастер мне очень понравилась, и я непременно вернулась бы к ней - но она там больше не работает (((

Наконец в нашем районе появилось SPA. Делала капсулу, обертование и скраб. Капсула вся мигает, работает несколько видов душа внутри. Полный Релакс и обновление, я очень довольна. Получила ещё массаж лица в подарок. Спасибо, 100ЛИЦА

Мастер косметолог профессионал! Есть коагулятор для безболезненного удаления папиллом, лучше чем лазер и нет таких шрамов
