Была в студии декабря 2017 г. 30 минут ожидала обещанного места,в результате стало понятно, что администратор сажает знакомых без всякой записи, а мастера выбирают клиентов по внешнему виду. Безобразие. Хамство со стороны администратора в этот день не знало границ. Настроение было испорчено. Не рекомендую посещать студию в дни работы данного сотрудника. Кто работал — ЛЮБОВЬ.

Уважаемая Елена! Поверьте, Любовь очень хотела вас посадить к мастеру. Вас записали до дозвона…проблема в то, что до вас так же были записаны 2 человека, они начали ждать чуть раньше. Мы совершенно не выбираем клиентов, мы рады всем! Это вы выбираете нас, вас мало, нас много. Мы стараемся изо всех сил, чтобы нравиться вам. Все клиенты для нас желанны и необходимы. Мы же не сумасшедшие, отказываться от вас. Вы для нас счастье и радость, наш воздух и цель нашего прибывания на работе. Не обижайте сь на это недоразумение, приходите к нам обратно. И мы сделаем все, чтобы вы были окружены вниманием и любовью. Это все новогодняя суета и нервы. Не принимайте эту ситуацию близко к сердцу. Мы вас очень ждём. – показать

Спасибо мастеру Виктории,за отличный маникюр,не одного пареза,в других салонах вечно меня режут,очень красиво покрыла шеллак,буду теперь только к вам ходить!
