6 мая 2013г. между мной и этой организацией был заключен договор купли-продажи мебели по индивидуальному заказу (кухня) №711. 28 мая комплект мебели был доставлен. 30 мая была произведена установка мебели силами специалистов этой же компании. 1 июля при более детальном осмотре мебели был обнаружен дефект фасада одной двери, а именно, смазана краска. По данному факту было сообщено по телефону и направлено сообщение по электронной почте с фотографиями дефектов. После многочисленных звонков с просьбой дать комментарии 9 июля приехал представитель и самостоятельно зафиксировал дефекты. Во время разговора он согласился с тем, что данный дефект это заводской брак. Подтвердить письменно свои выводы он отказался. Также этот сотрудник сообщил, что решение по данному вопросу примут в течение одного-двух дней. После длительного ожидания, 12 июля я попробовала связаться с менеджерами и сотрудниками, и добилась ответа только после 17-00. Представитель Вашей компании уведомил о том, что мы сами повредили мебель и ответственности они не несут.

Выбирали с женой межкомнатные двери и решили остановить выбор на этом салоне - качество и дизайн устроили полностью, сотрудник салона все очень хорошо описал, помог сделать выбор,порадовало, что нам не втюхивали что-то лишь бы подороже,а наоборот слушали наши требования. По срокам доставки и установки оказалось все быстрее,чем ожидали. Монтаж также был осуществлен на высшем уровне: даже удивило фактически стерильное выполнение работ, в общепринятом смысле называемых грязными! Удивились, что к нам приехали устанавливать те же люди, что нас консультировали в салоне и в тоже время это очень порадовало , ребята действительно знают свое дело!
