Салон с неожиданными ценами и криворуким мастером. Ценник на сайте салона для собак Матильда утверждал, что стрижка с учетом пожеланий владельца стоит 2000р. На стрижку собаку повел муж. На месте оказалось, что цена стрижки машинкой 2500, ножницами — 7500. Надо было делать ноги уже в этот момент, но он решил доверить несчастную собаку Екатерине (мастером рука не поднимается назвать).В результате имеем собаку, подстриженную под дворнягу (вообще-то был йорк, может они там слепые?), да еще и с о тхреначенным куском кожи в паховой части ноги (точно слепые!!!). Госпожа Екатерина Лифанова постеснялась даже выйти и извиниться, собаку отдавала администратор салона (деньги взять они, к слову, не постеснялись). Когда я позвонила сообщить, что думаю о такой стрижке (возил муж), она гордо сообщила мне, что это окей. Сожалеет ли она, что моя маленькая собачка плакала? Нет конечно, так бывает, это же просто собачка.. В общем, если у вы или ваши знакомые хотят подстричь собаку в салоне у метро Орехово, предложите им поискать другой салон, если они любят свое животное. – показать

Добрый день, Ольга. Администрация салона приносит Вам извинение за некорректную работу мастера. Но с ценой вы, что то напутали. Комплексный уход йоркширского терьера — 2000 (не важно чем стригут), дополнительно была оказана услуга по чистке зубов, стоимость которой не может превышать 2500 р. В подтверждение есть информационное согласие с указанием стоимости оказанных услуг, подписанное вашем супругом. Мы работаем согласно прайса, который есть в открытом доступе в интернете, на нашем сайте.С ув ажением, администрация салонаАдминистратор салона – показать
