Удобный сайт для заказа, оперативна связь по заказу. Но предупредили что доставка заказа может не состояться в назначенное заранее время (курьер опаздал на 2 часа), без предупреждения.

Отвратительное обслуживание. Сделала 2 заказа, ни один не выполнили и не доставили. Ни звонка с пояснением причин, почему заказ отменен, ни письма на почту , что заказ не будет выполнен. Даже не смотря на то, что в 15 мин. езды от меня.

Хороший магазин, свежие цветы, приемлемые цены! Являюсь постоянным покупателем!Сайт сети ужасный- долгое время цены отличались от реальных. Сейчас цены соответствуют, но сделать заказ так и не смогла(((Контакты, указанные на сайте, как телефон единой справочной- вообще не понятно кто отвечает. Девушка еле говорит по-русски и абсолютно не владеет никакой информацией. Контактов магазинов на сайте нет.
