Хуже быть не может. Заказали лимузин на свадьбу, черный хаммер, приехал он во время, НО белый инфинити, весь грязный, крыша почти мхом покрыта, к салоне грязно, все стены облезлые, посуда вообще никогда в нем не мылась, просто ужас, и ничего им не докажешь, на наши звонки отвечают, что другой нет. Расчет на то, что ехать все равно надо и люди скрипя зубами едут. Кроме этого он еще и заглох на полдороги, пришлось всем разъезжаться на такси.

Работают по простой схеме — собирают заявки и деньги, за 1 день до даты пытаются найти самый дешёвый транспорт на стороне. Своего парка нет. В результате звонят за пару часов клиентам, говорят, что заказанная машина сломалась, можем предложить другую (убитый хлам скорее всего без кондиционера), или вообще не можем ничего предложить. В моём случае заказывал автобус на 50 мест на свадьбу, позвонили за несколько часов, как и многим (судя по отзывам) сказали стандартную фразу, в замен предложили Хён дай на 35 мест. Созвонился с водителем, предложенного ими автобуса, хорошо попался порядочный человек, сразу сказал, что автобус убитый, кондея нет (на улице +32 и пробки). Искать замену на телефоне было уже слишком поздно, бегал по остановкам искал маршрутки, кто согласится, славу богу удалось найти.Вывод простой — не стоит пытаться экономить, особенно на важные события, испортите себе праздник, и уж точно не стоит связываться с этой компанией. Для них нет понятия чести, зарабатывают просто ставя людей в безвыходное положение. По длительному общению с сотрудниками стало ясно, что параллельно со мной они общались ещё с десятком недовольных клиентов, которых так же кинули. И так каждый день. По-этому доказывать просто бессмысленно.Судов боятся, поэтому деньги возвращают быстро, но видимо таких мало, 99% от безысходности соглашаются и едут в аду (если вообще едут). – показать
