Три года назад я купил у вас сайденг"VOX"(Белорусский).И он начинает менять свой цвет.Очень не красиво смотритца.Хотя цена не дешевая.Я не думал,что в такой кампании могут так поступить! Что мне делать?

Приехал в офис на Московском шоссе 16.08.2016г. оплатил счет №45910 от 16.08.2016 га сумму 67195,93 за металлочерепицу и доборные элементы.Сказали срок изготовления три дня, в четверг после обеда (18.08.2016г),край в пятницу (19.08.2016г.) доставят на объект.Позвонил строителям вызвал их в пятницу на объект.Звонков от Саксэс со вторника не поступало.Сегодня (пятница 19.08) решил сам набрать узнать как мой заказ, так менеджер мне сказал что заказ не готов, может попозже все узнает,позвонит на производство и уточнит, в итоге сам еще два раза перезванивал,от них ни одного звонка.И вот пришла смс от менеджера до словно: "В понедельник".Могли бы предупредить заранее,я бы строителям сказал не приезжать.Теперь не знаю что ждать в понедельник.Хотел еще окна у них заказать,теперь передумал.Да и советовать никому не стану.

Нужно было установить окна в деревенский дом. Промониторил цены - Саксэс предложили самую низкую из найденных компаний. Удобно то, что отвечали быстро через онлайн-консультант на сайте. Срок изготовления три недели, но, видимо, из-за того что сейчас сезон и много заказов не успевали в срок смонтировать. Позвонил попросил успеть, т.к. заканчивался отпуск -вошли в положение, видимо, кого-то подвинули) Окнами и обслуживанием доволен. UPD. Окна текут. Возможно причина в том, что в доме неправильно сделана гидроизоляция, а может быть и в окнах...
