Калужанам, волею судеб проживающим вдали то морей и океанов, так хочется хоть иногда включать в свой рацион рыбу и рыбные продукты. Магазин "Сахалинская рыба", на ул. Луначарского в Калуге, уже не первый раз разочаровывает меня и мою семью качеством предлагаемых продуктов. Красная икра в пластиковых контейнерах, по цене 749 руб за 200 грамм вызвала большие сомнения своими органолептическими свойствами. Сегодня, 16 ноября 2019 года, открыв баночку купленного заранее "деликатеса", добыча которого год от года увеличивается, обнаружили, что ее органолептика т.е вкусовые характеристики оставляют желать лучшего, а попросту говоря она несъедобная (кислит, вызывает неприятные вкусовые ощущения, запах явно испорченного продукта). Пришли с возвратом в магазин, дождались когда из магазина ушли покупатели, показали открытую баночку продавцу и попросили мирно вернуть нам потраченные деньги или компенсировать другим продуктом, но она повела себя совершенно непрофессионально. Сначала попробовала продукт из баночки, сказала что на ее вкус он совершенно нормальный и съедобный и предложила нам во избежании конфликта забрать продукт с собой, когда мы отказались начала звонить начальству. Начальство оно же ГЛАВНЕЕ и знает что делать, перевело стрелки обеденное время понедельника, якобы приходите, когда начальство будет. Вот мне это нравится!!! Покупатель всегда прав!!! Возникает законный вопрос, А ЗАЧЕМ в нашем городе магазин, торгующий протухшей рыбной продукцией?! Я обязательно верну свои деньги, а в противном случае обращусь в судебные органы.
