Так приятно приехать за час до закрытия магазина и поцеловать дверь!!!!! И так периодически,Ни объявления ничего не висит, просто закрыты и до свидания

Добрый день, нам очень жаль что вам пришлось испытать неудобство и мы хотим разобраться в сложившейся ситуации. Напишите пожалуйста конкретно дату, в которую вы не смоги попасть в магазин? Дело в том, что мы ежедневно отслеживаем время закрытия смены и зная это сотрудники не уходят домой раньше времени, но сотрудник мог отлучится в склад или в здание АЗС, т.к. уборной в нашем здании нет. Возможно вам нужно было немного подождать или позвонить по телефонам в профиле организации.
