Просто ужас!! Отдали им столько денег и ждали свою кассу 2 недели. Продали нам не совместимый с кассой принтер чеков, мы его вернули, денег от них до сих пор добиться не можем. Никогда не связывайтесь с ними!!!

Захар добрый день, благодарю за отзыв, на тот момент, когда Вы приобретали оборудование у производителя были проблемы с наличием ККТ на складе, если Вы помните то это была первая волна установки касс в РФ и на том момент у всех производителей и поставщиков были задержки. В рамках нашего договора поставки который Вы подписали - срок поставки составлял 60 дней с момента оплаты счета , компания выполнила свои обязательства в срок указанный в договоре . По принтеру чеков, да признаю вышло недоразумение , выяснилось, что он не совместим с Вашим ПО и денежные средства компания вернула Вам в полном объеме сразу после возврата на склад оборудования и подписания документов. Еще раз от лица Компании приношу свои извинения, с надеждой на долгое и взаимовыгодное партнёрство. С уважением руководитель ставропольского филиала Г.И. Леденева.
