В клубе очень плохая уборка, в раздевалке и туалетах постоянно скользко, грязь и много воды от тех кто возвращается из бассейна, так же плохая вентиляция и жарко при большом скоплении людей. Душевая совершенно убогая, периодически плохо пахнет канализацией, отваливаются насадки на душ. Зал средний по оборудованию. Все необходимое в целом есть. Так же до недавнего времени думала, что персонал достаточно вежливый, оказалось что ошиблась, после того как, на вопрос про отмененные к выдаче полотенца, мужчина, выдающий ключик, отвернулся со словами "Ни чем не могу помочь", что выглядело как грубость.

Некоторое время назад была в вашем фитнес центре. Очень понравилось ваше заведение. Благодаря тому, что вы работаете круглосуточно, ранним утром есть возможность сэкономить время и начать день с физического ободрения. Это служит хорошим основанием для последующей духовной тренировки. В Библии написано в Притчи 17:22 «Весёлое сердце благотворно, как врачевство, а унылый дух сушит кости». Всего вам доброго!

В Солнцево, шагово от метро, фитнес-клуб сети СССР. Привел сюда двух друзей, занимаемся боксом. Оборудована зона для занятий грамотно, все есть в наличии и для спарринга, и для одиночных тренировок. И еще нам попался тренер Дима Волков, который показал, как можно при помощи занятий стретчингом улучшить свои показатели, развить гибкость, которая и в боксе нужна не меньше, чем везде.
