Ужасная контора, никому не советую обращаться ни по каким вопросам! Пришла распечатать 2 страницы документа. Помещение находится в подвале с крутыми ступенями, дверь деревянная, всё старое, убитое, атмосфера ужасная. В итоге, изначально на рабочем месте там никого не оказалось, только один мужик, который грел себе чай, сказал подождать. Ждала минут 5. Вышел дед и сел за старинный компьютер, оказалось, что винда крашнулась, он начал перезагружать. Страница загрузки запросила подтверждение на обычную загрузку виндовс, я стою жду, дед уткнулся в телефон и не видит этого. Я вежливо попросила его нажать на энтр. Он тут же поинтересовался, вернуть ли мне флешку. Я сказала, отдадите, когда распечатаете. Он начал на меня орать, чтобы я его не учила пользоваться компьютером, что я такая молодая (хотя мне уже за 30), и мне будет сложно жить, кинул мне мою флешку в лицо, сказал обращаться в другое место, и что я не смогу никуда нажаловаться, потому что они монополисты. Я не очень расстроилась, потому что мне не срочно. Но сервис просто ужасный, мягко говоря))))

Компания которая тратит свое и чужое время. Понадобилось решить срочный вопрос с печатью продукции, назвали стоимость ниже всех по городу, а после определенных манипуляций пересчета подняли цену в три раза, дешевле оказалось через транспортную компания с Новосиба забрать.
