Заказывала путевки на экскурсию "На паровозе к звездам". Организация в целом понравилась. В начале пути возникла неполадка: не работал микрофон в вагоне, поэтому гида мы не слышали. А жаль, он довольно эрудированный по тематике экскурсии. В пути до центра подготовки к полетам - час, и дабы не соскучиться - чай и печеньки. Гид в Циолковском недавно освоила материал и очень переживала, выступая впервые перед многочисленной публикой группы. Вероятно, поэтому она забыла все прочие слова, отчего речь становилась спутанной. Мы не стали судить ее строго. Первый раз - бывает.

После моего негативного отзыва сотрудник организации связался со мной и предложил бесплатно посетить любой другой тур. Организация тура ужасная. Прокатиться на паровозе интересно и первоначальная программа ("в гости к Ивану Грозному") нам очень понравилась, но по факту были разочарованы: половину поездки на паровозе заменили автобусной, много нестыковок по времени и т. д. Не порекомендую.
