Совершенно бестолковая работа регистратуры! Сначала записали на время 14.30, озвучили стоимость приёма 1000 рублей. Через час перезвонили, предложили приехать в 14.15 (сказали, что это время освободилось). Согласилась, хотя это было не очень удобно. Приехала заранее, поскольку во время записи регистратор сказала, что нужно приехать раньше минут на 15 для оформления. Уже в день приёма в регистратуре меня "обрадовали", что приём стоит 1200 (цена поднялась с 1 октября, хотя, когда меня записывали, была озвучена другая стоимость). Во время ожидания доктора (она опаздывала минут на 30) к очереди присоединилась еще одна пациентка, которая заявила, что 14.15 - это её время, её тоже записали по телефону. На моё возмущение регистратор предложила мне самой договариваться, кто за кем пойдёт, даже не извинившись (хотя неприятная ситуация возникла из-за не согласованный работы сотрудников). Честно говоря, такой несуразной организации процесса я ни в одном медицинском центре не встречала. Очень жаль потраченного времени нервов не только из-за этогоинцилкнта, но и потому, что, несмотря на отличные отзывы, доктор назначила кучу анализов, порекомендовав сдавать их платно (на 7000 получилось в КДЛ) и, по сути лечения никакого. Сдать анализы, проконсультироваться у эндокринолога и принимать полисорб - это, как бы, немного не та помощь, на которую я рассчитывала. Больше я в эту организацию не пойду никому не порекомендую.
