Полный беспорядок и некомпетентность не рекомендую! Ужасное впечатление от работы данной поликлиники. Начну с того, что в этой организации творится полнейший «дурдом». Главная претензия к качеству лабораторных исследований. Сдала здесь анализы, по результатам пришел шокирующий ответ: один из важных показателей превышен в 3 раза! Три бессонных ночи, паника. Я пересдала этот же анализ в двух других независимых лабораториях, чтобы убедиться в правильности данных. Итог в обоих случаях показатели в пределах нормы. Возникает вопрос-либо оборудование в вашей лаборатории неисправно, либо сотрудники халатно относятся к выполнению работы. Доверять свое здоровье вашей лаборатории просто опасно. Помимо сомнительного качества анализов, хочется отметить организационный бардак: 1. Результаты анализов не высылают на электронную почту (на дворе 2026 год!), приходится тратить личное время, чтобы ехать за бумажкой лично. 2. На ресепшн сидят настоящие «хабалки». Разговаривают похамски, на вопросы отвечают с раздражением, никакой клиентоориентированности и профессиональной этики. Поход в вашу поликлинику - это гарантированная трата нервов, денег и времени. Если хотите получить достоверные результаты и нормальное отношение, лучше обращаться в другие места. Больше сюда ни ногой.
