выписали талон на посещение врача на конкретное время. по прибытии в назначенное время заявили, что принимают по живой очереди. из-за несоблюдения очередности приема очереди и образуются и это в период пандемии.

В нашем учреждении действительно ведется электронная запись на прием к врачам, к сожалению, в силу некоторых обстоятельств, не зависящих от медицинского персонала, время фактической записи приема сдвигается, медсестра в вежливой и доступной форме разъяснила вам ситуацию. Доктор вас принял, выслушал, осмотрел, назначил обследование, согласно стандарту по заболеванию и лечение. Мы стремимся улучшать качество наших услуг и приема пациентов и будем дальше продолжать совершенствовать свои навыки. Надеемся на понимание!
