"Уважаемая" администрация данного мед учреждения!!! 1) Проведите беседу со своими работниками регистратуры!!!!!!! Объясните им, что когда звонит телефон, на него надо отвечать! А не снимать трубку и ложить ее рядом и дальше обсуждать свои дела! Это касается детской регистратуры! Я сегодня пыталась дозвониться ПОЛТОРА ЧАСА, что бы узнать, как записать ребёнка на сдачу крови!!! Полтора часа никто не брал трубку! А сейчас (время 14.00) телефон не доступен! Оказывается, что телефон им нужен только для вызовов врачей на дом! И теперь, мне надо идти с маленьким ребёнком в поликлинику, что б узнать про запись!!!! 2) я уже две недели пытаюсь записать ребёнка к педиатру в день здорового ребёнка, что б поставить необходимые прививки, но сделать этого не могу! Так как с 8.00 до 9.00 дозвониться до колл.центра это просто не возможно!!!! И еще! Педиатр принимает (на нашем участке) до 19.30-20.00! А прививочный кабинет работает до 18.00!!! Не кажется, что это не очень логично!!!! Видать, что б записаться в вашем учреждении, надо делать это через ФОМС!!!!

Хожу в поликлинику №2 РЖД‑Медицина с детства. В целом место доступное, хотя из отдалённых районов, например с улицы Промывочной, добираться всё ещё неудобно. Регистратура работает по талонам, но администраторов явно не хватает. В часы пик очередь может растянуться на час–два. Запись только по телефону, через Госуслуги не работает — утром дозвониться почти нереально. К узким специалистам попасть сложно: то их нет, то отпуск, то больничный. По врачам — по‑разному. В целом общаются нормально, лечение на базовом уровне. Флюорография и диспансеризация сделаны удобно, обычно проходят быстро — это плюс. Состояние помещений оставляет желать лучшего: местами потёртые стены, треснувшая плитка, слабая навигация, нет единого стиля. Иногда не хватает бахил, сидячих мест чаще всего достаточно. В целом поликлиника выполняет свои функции, но хотелось бы больше администраторов, нормальную запись и обновление интерьера.
