Пыталась узнать о стоимости предварительного (периодического) медосмотра как представитель организации. Так и не смогла. Все кивают на представителя экономического отдела Ольгу Валерьевну которая не в состоянии понять, что от нее хотят. Открыть прейскурант и посмотреть стоимость она тоже не смогла, потому что это для нее оказалось слишком трудным и не понятным делом. Очень жаль, что в РЖД сидят такие некомпетентные работники

Подтверждаю все негативные отзывы касательно Олега Владимировича - старшего администратора регистратуры из первого окна. Отвратительный хамоватый сотрудник. Я свой вопрос решу и без его участия, но обратить внимание на неадекватное поведение руководству стоит.

Сейчас большинство поликлиник в городе Иваново работают над снижением сроков записи к врачам. А здесь, наоборот. Сроки значительно выросли. Время ожидания приема, например, к терапевту, выросло почти до 2-х недель! На участке неоднократно меняются терапевты. Записали уже к пятому. Если единственный специалист в отпуске (может и месяц), или болеет, то надо ждать, направления в другую клинику не дают, даже к платному. Персонал на УЗИ и ЭКГ высокомерен, одноразовые простынки не меняются, если пациент её не попросит, или сам не возьмёт и не застелет (экономят). А вот медсестра в процедурном - лучшая!

Ужасная поликлиника, прикреплена к ней, но по полюсу к эндокринологу попасть не смогла. Мама вызвала врача на дом 20 апреля. 21 апреля позвонила и сказала, когда придет врач, сутки жду, сказали перезвонят… мама позвонила в 3 часа дня с угрозами, что позвонит в минздрав. Врач звонит пол 6 вечера и говорит, могу ли я вас проконсультировать по телефону? Это что за врач-экстрасенс?! Может у человека воспаление легких?! Приехала 21 апреля в 20:30, напомню что вызывали 20 апреля утром.
