Огромная благодарность заведующему урологическим отделением к.м.н Зубкову Ивану Владимировичу. Это не только компетентный и опытный специалист, но и человек "с большой буквы". Сами не из Кирова, из соседнего региона, но оказались в отчаянном положении, когда в больнице перед назначенной операцией сломался аппарат, и нас отправили ждать на неопределённый срок по их же словам неотложную операцию. Через знакомых узнали об Иване Владимировиче, позвонили в клинику, объяснили ситуацию, и он согласился принять у себя на следующий же день со всеми результатами анализов и обследований, которые были у нас на руках. Еще через день он сам лично провел операцию, и сам позвонил нам по окончании операции сообщить, что все прошло успешно. Очень внимательно относится к пациентам, и что приятнее всего, к его родным, которые очень переживают. Всегда готов ответить на любые вопросы по лечению и работе самого стационара, успокоить. В урологическом отделении условия хорошие, палаты чистые, светлые, зимой в холодное время было тепло. Без всяких проблем пускают посетителей к пациентам. Спасибо!

Регистратура работает ужасно, пришел по записи с утра...оказывается потеряли запись. Перед врачом нужно было пройти ЭКГ платно...целый час в живой очереди...подумайте прежде чем туда идти!
