Нашли это агентство случайно: муж работает рядом с их офисом и просто пошел за путевкой в ближайшую точку слетатьру. В последний раз ездили через них на новогодние праздники. После долгого выбора и нескольких дней обсуждений с менеджером (по вотсапу) решили остановиться на Мексике. Удобно то, что менеджеры делают подборку отелей, помогают подобрать оптимальный вариант по соотношению цена/качество, делятся отзывами про питание, пляж и общее состояние отеля от других туристов, которые через них летали, и дают много советов относительно того, когда куда лучше ехать, когда какая погода, когда сезон водорослей, когда можно китов посмотреть, какие есть интересные варианты экскурсий и самостоятельных поездок. Что еще меня привлекает в этом агентстве - это то, что никогда не пытаются продать более дорогой вариант, а всегда стараются посоветовать оптимальный, чтобы не переплачивать. В Мексике нам подобрали интересный отель Иберостар Кецаль на очень выгодных условиях раннего бронирования (муж по традиции всегда сравнивает цену тура с ценой покупки билетов на сайте авиакомпании и бронирования отеля на букинге, и оказалось, что разница составляла более 60 000 рублей!). За день до вылета наш менеджер связался с нами и сообщил, что Анекс-тур поменял нам отель на более дорогой отель сети Риу! Не знаю уж, что там у них произошло, но мы были этим довольны:)
