Создан полный сервис для стариков, поэтому могу не беспокоиться за отца, которого поместил после операции. Посетил несколько зaведений, сделал выбор в пользу этого. Все сотрудники с образованием, отличное и разноoбразное питание, круглосуточный уход. Не пожалел ни разу, постоянно звоню oтцу, слышу только отличные отзывы.

Пришло время написать отзыв. В начале 2021 года мы привезли туда маму после инсульта, после реабилитации мама уже могла сама сидеть и двигать правой ногой, немного стоять, правая рука была по прежнему не рабочая. Пишу отзыв потому, что очень хочу помочь тем кто находится в этом пансионате. Первое время было все хорошо, два месяца за мамой ухаживали неплохо. Но потом её перевели на другой этаж. Мы сначала не понимали, мама плакала по телефону и хотела домой, намекала что сиделка очень жестокая, но прямо не говорила и мы не услышали, потом мне позвонила её сиделка, и сказала, что вы решаете делать с тем, что у неё отказала вторая рука, удивилась, что мама нам не сказала, я ей сказала раз не работают обе руки как она мне может позвонить? Как я поняла у мамы рука не работала уже второй день. На мой вопрос, что говорит врач, ответ мы не вызывали, и так понятно защемление, я попросила вызвать ей врача, они отказались. Сама нашла местную поликлинику и попросила врача к ней зайти. Врач потвердил слова сиделки. Но мы все равно переживали и думали вдруг инсульт, решили поехать к ней и вызвать скорую, в итоге это был инсульт, но мы потеряли время, главврач пансионата на мои претензии сказала ничего не знаю врач был и какая разница, что мы сами его вызвали, типа они не причем и не за что не отвечают. Вот так. Мама умерла. Надеюсь отзыв будет полезен. А работники пансионата могут не признавать свою вину, но жить с этим и непредупредить о таких людях в этом пансионате я не могу.
