Дизлайк оптике! К сожалению, ожидания не оправдались! Заказывала очки к важному событию, полностью с оправой, линзами и покрытием, в итоге мастер при работе сломал оправу , сообщили об этом за день до даты получения очков, что вообще абсурдно!! Подобную оправу не нашли , Дак ещё и проблемы с возвратом средств были! То мы не можем , так как начальство в отпуске, то денег нет в кассе. Что вы себе позволяете ? Если уж позиционируете себя , как оптика достойного уровня , Дак соответствуйте!

Добрый день. Приносим извинения за причиненные неудобства. При изготовлении заказа оправы проходят функциональную проверку у мастера. Иногда встречается скрытый заводской брак, выявленный на этапе сборки очков. В этих случаях мы предлагаем клиенту выбрать новую оправу. Учитывая ваш отказ от изготовления очков в иную оправу (связанный со сроками), вам предложено написать заявление о возврате денежных средств. Любое заявление рассматривается администрацией. В вашем случае возврат разрешили сделать досрочно, без подписания администрацией оптики. При получении разрешения на возврат в кассе салона резервируется сумма возврата в случае, если оплата была произведена наличными. Учитывая, что разрешение было получено досрочно, с момента написания заявления (согласовано по телефону с администрацией), резервирование не произведено. В этом случае досрочная выплата возможна только при наличии средств в кассе, либо на следующий день. Учитывая, что до 90% оплат происходит с помощью банковских карт, а наличные денежные средства инкассируются ежедневно, выплата по вашему заявлению возможна на следующий день.
