Будьте осторожны эта контора под красивым фасадом в мае 2018-го "втюхивает" резину произведенную ещё 16-году. При сроке годности (от производителя) 5 лет, продавать клиентам 1.5 годовалые покрышки - это уже называется наплевательское отношение. Никакие карты лояльности и скидки не сгладят такое впечатление. Алгоритм действий отлажен: заранее дату производства принципиально не говорят, а после покупки сначала откручивают колеса, потом приносят новую, молодцы! Менеджер по возврату на возражение, что покрышка 30% своего гарантийного срока пролежала на складе смог "выдавить", что это ещё нормально и лично он катается на 10(!) Летних покрышках и ничё. Сказав, что если что-то не устраивает мне нужно обращаться к руководству магазина и убежал в подсобку. Создалось явное ощущение, что персонал (как консультанты так и менеджеры) слабо квалифицированы, уровень знаний: "Прочитаны "два журнала" Зарулем". PS. А управляющему на шиномонтаже выдайте, пожалуйста, за счёт фирмы настойку валерианы. Чтобы он меньше повышал голос как на клиентов так и на свой персонал, крайне не приятно находиться в атмосфере неуравновешенных людей.
